Common questions
Do you supply the Zam Zam water?
No. We supply the bottle empty and unsealed, with the cap loose, so you fill it yourself. Most couples fill them the week before with two people and a funnel, and it goes faster than you would expect.
Can I order bottles on their own?
Yes. Bottles are sold as their own product with a minimum of 50, and you do not have to add stickers or tags. If you do want them, adding them here is cheaper than ordering separately because it shares one setup.
How many bottles should I order?
One per guest rather than per household, since favours go home individually. Add about five per cent as spares for breakages and for guests who take an extra.
Are the bottles food safe?
Yes, all glass bottles are food-grade with food-safe caps and are supplied clean. We recommend rinsing before filling, as you would with any glassware.
How long do bottles take to arrive?
Plain bottles with no personalisation ship within one week. If you add stickers or tags the full three week lead time applies, because those are printed to order and proofed with you first.
